Coldwell Banker Pioneer Realty, In Historic Stephan’s House
We Have an Open Door Policy at 314 West Main Street, Quincy, California
Coldwell Banker Pioneer Realty is the oldest real estate office serving the needs of Quincy and the surrounding area, from the Feather River Canyon to Bucks Lake, Meadow Valley and east to Cromberg & Sloat. Originally called Pioneer Realty, it was established in the late 50’s where it was located in the “Old Plumas County Bank Building” on Main St. At that time, it was one stop shopping where you could buy your piece of real estate and get a loan all under the same roof. Later, Pioneer Realty relocated to the historic “Bell Building,” also on Quincy’s Main Street.
In 1995 Pioneer Realty was acquired by Kehr-O’Brien Vacation Rentals from Lake Almanor and joined the Coldwell Banker family, becoming Coldwell Banker Pioneer Realty. In 1997 the office moved into the historic Stephan’s house, located at 314 W. Main St. The home is a California Bungalow, built in 1912. The agents will tell anyone that coming to work is not like going to an office, but like going home. The house maintains its historic charm with leaded glass bookcases, built-in buffet with leaded glass, old fashion light fixtures with push button switches and just plain old-world charm.
There are currently 5 full time agents with a combined 100+ years of experience to serve the needs of those seeking real estate in Plumas County. We specialize in homes, land, commercial and income properties. At your service are myself, Sue Miller, along with Linda Kosheba-Leonhardt, Sandra Carr and Dave Reynolds, all Realtor Associates. Randy Barlow is Broker Manager for the office. Tim O’Brien, from Chester/Lake Almanor is the Owner Broker for all of the Coldwell Banker offices serving Plumas County.
